Every refund arrives in a feed as a pending decision: the refund amount, the credit on offer, and your bonus percentage on top. Turns "give me my money back" into a repeat purchase.
Your approval on every credit
Refund credit does not move until you click. Automatic issuing is a setting you switch on once you trust it — not the default you discover after it has already paid out.
Cashback on every order
Also included: issue a % of every paid order as store credit, with a minimum order value and collection exclusions. Supporting feature, same flat price.
Expiry that drives return visits
Set an expiry window on every credit you issue. Customers get an email when credit lands, and a reminder before it expires.
